Type:— Holotype in PUR. Isotypes in NY and S.
Description:—See Harada (1979a) and Hiratsuka et al. (1992).
Hosts and distribution in Japan:— II, III on Fimbristylis longispica var. hahajimensis Ohwi (Ogasawara) ( Harada 1979a, Hiratsuka et al. 1992).
Notes:—This species has been recorded only from Ogasawara Isl. in Japan. This species has been reported from tropical regions in the world including China and Taiwan ( Tai 1979, Zhuang et al. 1998, Kuo & Chen 1999).
