Hosts and distribution in Japan:—0, I on Tricyrtis affinis Makino (Hon), T. flava Maxim. (Inoc), T. hirta (Thunb.) Hook. (Inoc), T. macropoda Miq. (Inoc); II, III on Carex blepharicarpa Franch. (Hon) (Ono & Ishimiya 2001).

Notes:—life cycle of this species was proved by Ono & Ishimiya (2001).
