Type:— Lectotype is selected from specimens in TNS and designated here; II, III on Carex sp. , Japan, Kochi
Prefecture, Mt. None, November 1903, T. Yoshinaga No 53, TNS-F191542, [MBT10021459]. Paratypes in TNS
(F191555) and S (F28505, 28506). Description:—See Hiratsuka et al. (1992). Hosts and distribution in Japan:— II, III on Carex sp. (Shi) ( Ito 1950, Hiratsuka 1960, Hiratsuka et al. 1992). Notes:—This species has been reported only from type locality, Kochi Prefecture, Japan.
