(Figs 9–15)
Description. Male. Body length: 8.2 mm. Bright orange: face of head, clypeus, mandible basally, pronotum (slightly darker laterally), mesoscutum in the middle (surrounded with dark hue), propodeum in the middle (somewhat darker laterally), antenna, legs, metasomal tergum 1, hypopygium hook. Vertex, frons (above clypeus and behind antennal base), mandible apically ferruginous; ocellar triangle black; metasomal terga 2 and 3 dark reddish-brown to ferruginous, metasomal sterna smooth shiny, pale brown. Wings hyaline, transparent, veins pale yellow, darkened apically.
Head (Figs 9, 10) densely coarsely punctured, with short, dense and radiated setae around antennal base and on clypeus obscuring its surface; eyes bulging laterally, ocellar triangle small elevated; scape dorsally with erect short setae, about two times as long as pedicle, strongly swollen, flagellomere 1 about 1.5 times second one, all flagellomeres long and slender, slightly concave ventrally, gradually shortened to apex, tapered apically; malar space short broad, 1.5–2 times eye diameter, denticulate apically; mandible with one subapical tooth.
Mesosoma. Pronotum with suberect whitish setae, propleuron longitudinally ridged; mesoscutum weakly foveolate, which greatly widened posteriorly; notauli weakly visible, convergent posteriorly, mesopleuron weakly sculptured, scutellum laterally with erect short upwardly curved setae, with foveolate spaced puncture; propodeum areolate-rugulose, areolation narrower or smaller towards posterad; metapleuron densely setose with hidden sculpture. Wings wrinkled longitudinally, venation see Fig. 11 View FIGURES 10 – 18. 10 – 15 ; hind wing with 7 hamuli. Legs with dense whitish erect setae, hind tibial spurs brilliant whitish or transparent, interiorly with coarse brush.
Metasoma with regular suberect fine setae which longer and denser laterally, T3–T6 posteriorly with dense band of inwardly directed fringe of silvery setae ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 10 – 18. 10 – 15 ); T1 and T2 areolate-rugulose (smaller than that on propodeum) ( Fig. 13 View FIGURES 10 – 18. 10 – 15 ); T3 longer than T2, longitudinally substrigulate ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 10 – 18. 10 – 15 ); following terga narrow, smooth and shiny; S2 areolate-rugulose, S3 with dispersed punctures, other sterna smooth and shiny ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 10 – 18. 10 – 15 ); S3 and following sterna posteriorly with few fine setae; last sternum with some setae and punctures.
Female. Unknown.
