Diagnosis. Male. Unknown. Female. Body length 5.5–8.0 mm. T1 and T2 smooth without punctures. Propodeum posteriorly with transverse striae. Fore wing with distinct subapical milky white spot. Metasoma completely black.
Material examined. Type material. Holotype, ♀, Japan, Southern Ryukyus , " Omoto-dake, Ishigaki-jima, S. Ryukyus, 18.VIII.1991 (A. Lelej)" [ SKYC].
Distribution. Japan (Southern Ryukyus: Ishigaki-jima, Iriomote-jima) ( Lelej & Yamane 1992, Shimizu & Terayama 2016).
