DISTRIBUTION: Northern Territory ( Australia).

STATUS: Rare.

COMMENTS: Included in Antechinus (= Pseudantechinus') ntacdonnellensis by Ride (1970:116), but see Kirsch and Calaby (1977:15). According to Kitchener and Caputi (1988), this species should be transferred to Pseudantechinus .
