COMMENTS: Tribe Callosciurini ( Moore, 1959:174) . Sometimes considered a subgenus of Callosciurus ; see Laurie and Hill (1954:93) and Corbet and Hill (1992); but see also Moore (1959) and McLaughlin (1984:273), who considered it a distinct genus.
