Distribution in Iran. Fars (Linnavuori 2009), Kermanshah (Linnavuori 2009; Ghahari et al. 2011), Khuzestan (Linnavuori 2009), Sistan & Baluchestan ( Reuter 1904: original description under the name Trachelonotus unifasciatus , a secondary homonym of G. unifasciatus Reuter, 1903 ; Linnavuori 1965: nomen novum; Kerzhner & Josifov 1999), Tehran ( Linnavuori 2007).

General distribution and hosts. Endemic to Iran; living on Corchorus olitorius ( Ghahari et al. 2011) .
