TYPE LOCALITY. Russia: Orenburg Prov.
TYPES. The syntypes of this taxon were not found in the Eversmann's collection in Zoological Institute (St. Petersburg) .
CURRENT STATUS. Possibly this species is a synonym of Meria dorsalis (Fabricius,
1804).
