Distribution in India. Himalaya, Dalhousie, Dharamsala, Kangra, Darjeeling, Sikkim ( Strand 1920b); Darjeeling ( Inoue 1998) Arunachal Pradesh ( Chandra et al. 2019)

Elsewhere. Thailand ( László et al. 2010); Nepal, Pakistan, Vietnam ( Kononenko & Pinratana 2013; Chandra et al. 2019).

Remarks. Meganola scripta scripta (Moore, 1888) is the only subspecies known from Indian region ( László et al. 2015b)
