Wing with several markings, one at the base of cell r4+5, one in middle of cell r4+5, one at base of cell m3+4 and around vein Cu1, cell m1+2 and distal area of cell r4+5 with grey tract. R with 15–20, 17 setae; R1 with 9–13, 11; R4+5 with 16–22, 19; squama with 7–8, 7 setae. Dorsocentrals 8–14, 11; acrostichals 8–13, 10; prealars 4–5, 4; scutellum with 7–12, 9 setae. Anal tergite bands separate at base, tergite IX with 6–9, 7 median setae. Anal point constricted at base, broadened in the middle and with developed lateral projections. Superior volsella pad–like, 6–7 consipicuous setae present on distal margin. Inferior volsella with 6–8 oral setae and 1 apical seta. HR 0.86–0.98, 0.91. HV 1.94–2.06, 200.
Distribution. The species distributes in Oriental China.
Remarks. The species is similar to P. (T.) lucidum Chaudhuri, Guha & Das Gupta, 1981 from India, but differs from it in several characters: wing with one marking in middle of cell r4+ 5 in present species, without in P. (T.) lucidum ; the superior volsella with 6–7 consipicuous setae on distal margin in present species, without in P. (T.) lucidum .
