Distribution. The species distributes in Russian Far East, Korea, Japan, China and Indonesia.

Remarks. P. (T.) tobadecima Kikuchi & Sasa, 1990 is here synonymised because the morphological characters of male are identical with P. (T.) masudai ( Tokunaga, 1938) according to original description and photographs provided by type specimen database of National Museum of Nature and Sciences of Japan (http:// www. type.kahaku.go.jp/TypeDB/ diptera/294).
