This genus of Torymidae (Microdontomerinae) is known to be represented in asphodel seeds by a single hitherto undescribed species. It was reared in abundance as a parasitoid of Bruchophagus gijswijti in seeds of A. fistulosus by Antoni Ribes, who prepared the following description not long before his death.
