Dorsal shield 338 (325–365) long, 200 (190–215) wide; j1 29 (28–34), j3 40 (37–42), j4 13 (11–15), j5 13 (11–14), j6 17 (15–20), J2 16 (15–18), J5 8 (7–9), z2 18 (16–20), z4 34 (31–40), z5 11 (10–12), Z1 23 (19– 28), Z4 56 (50–66), Z5 74 (67–82), s4 49 (45–53), S2 32 (26–37), S4 25 (19–33), S5 11 (9–14), r3 21 (19–25), R1 17 (15–18). Distances between st1-st3 62 (58–70), st2-st2 64 (60–70) and st5-st5 73 (68–78); ventrianal shield 110 (103–120) long, 64 (58–73) wide at level of ZV2 and 69 (65–75) wide at level of anus; elliptic preanal pores posteromesad to JV2; JV5 55 (52–57). Peritreme extending forward to level of j1. Movable cheliceral digit 30 (29–31) long, with 3 teeth; fixed cheliceral digit 30 (29–31) long, with 8–10 teeth; calyx of spermatheca tubular, 16 (15–18) long. Macrosetae stout and sharp: SgeI 20 (18–22), SgeII 19 (17–21), SgeIII 25 (23–26), StiIII 18 (17–21), SgeIV 50 (46–58), StiIV 24 (23–28), StIV 69 (62–75). Chaetotaxy: genu II 2, 2/ 0-2/0, 1; genu III 1, 2/1-2/0, 1.

Dorsal shield 260 long, 165 wide; j1 23, j3 30, j4 11, j5 11, j6 13, J2 11, J5 6, z2 18, z4 24, z5 10, Z1 17, Z4 35, Z5 42, s4 36, S2 21, S4 16, S5 10, r3 20, R1 13. Ventrianal shield, 100 long and 145 wide at the anterior corners; lyrifissures indiscernible; elliptical preanal pores posteromesad to JV2. Peritreme extending forward to level of j1. Macrosetae stout and sharp: SgeI 18, SgeII, 18, SgeIII 17, StiIII 16, SgeIV 30, StiIV 18, StIV 57. Chaetotaxy of genua II and III as in female.

Macrosetae of tarsus IV slightly knobbed; other macrosetae sharp: SgeII 13 (13–14) [20], SgeIII 18 (16–20) [29], StiIII 14 (13– 15) [19], SgeIV 34 (30–38) [46], StiIV 16 (13–20) [24], and StIV 54 (53–55) [80]. Chaetotaxy: genu II 2, 2/0- 2/0, 1; genu III 1, 2/1-2/0, 1.

Lambayeque: Chiclayo — Callanca (06°50'51''S, 79°48'57''W), 6-VIII-2006, on Cestrum auriculatum (1Ψ, 1ɗ).

Previous records. Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Guatemala, Guyana, Hawaii, Honduras, Mexico, Peru — Cuzco ( McMurtry & Moraes 1989), Surinam, USA and Venezuela.

Remarks. The specimens collected in this study have macrosetae of genua II-IV, tibia IV and tarsus IV 0.6-0.7 shorter than in the holotype.
