This probably refers to Cerro Dorothea, which is situated near Puerto Natales in Chile far from Tierra del Fuego. The taxon is a Flavoparmelia according to also Hale & DePriest (1999), which in the area should be F. gerlachei (Zahlbr.) Hale.
