Head black, except mandible, clypeus, malar space and anterior third of frons whitish; antenna testaceous, except antennomere 10 slightly darkened; mesosoma black, except pronotal tubercle and part of pronotum sides whitish; metasoma brown; legs completely whitish. Antenna clavate; antennomeres of holotype in following proportions: 12:6:15:14:11:9:8:6:5.5:7. Head dull; frons with anterior half reticulate rugose and posterior half reticulate rugose with numerous longitudinal keels; vertex partly reticulate rugose, with some longitudinal keels behind and on sides of lateral ocelli; temple reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 4; OOL = 7; OPL = 8; TL = 9; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli shorter than OL (3:4). Mesoscutum with anterior third reticulate rugose and remaining surface strongly punctate and unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.4 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum reticulate rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels. Forewing hya- line, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (14:10). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 19:5:4:12:18. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 26A View FIGURE 26 ) without teeth or bristles or setae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 26A View FIGURE 26 ) with one row of approximately 49 short and small lamellae; apex with 4 small lamellae, in addition to 3 longer lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Mesoscutum with anterior third or fifth reticulate rugose and remaining surface strongly punctate and unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.4 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum reticulate rugose. Metapectalpropodeal disc reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels.
