Diagnosis. ♂ of Conganteon  with head and mesosoma mostly black; frons reticulate rugose, with anterior half whitish; pronotum with pronotal tubercle whitish; inner margin of distal part of paramere with many short sensorial processes ( Fig. 27DView FIGURE 27).

Description. ♂ ( Figs 28View FIGURE 28, 85AView FIGURE 85). Fully winged; body length 2.9 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus, ma- lar space and anterior half of frons whitish; antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 8–10 brown; mesosoma black, except pronotal tubercle whitish; metasoma brown; legs completely whitish. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:4:12:13:11:10:7:6:6:7. Head ( Fig. 28CView FIGURE 28) dull, reticulate rugose; vertex behind ocellar triangle with many longitudinal keels; temple reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 7; OL = 4; OOL = 7; OPL = 8; TL = 10; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OL. Mesoscutum ( Fig. 28AView FIGURE 28) strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures, except anterior half reticulate rugose. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum and metanotum punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels. Forewing ( Fig. 28DView FIGURE 28) hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (14:12). Paramere ( Fig. 27DView FIGURE 27) with inner margin of distal part provided with many short sensorial processes. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
