Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 2.9–3.4 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna tes- taceous-brown, except scape and pedicel testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except metacoxa partly darkened. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 18:7:7:7:8:8:8:9:8.5:11.5. Head dull, granulate and reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 10; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 4; TL = 5. Mesoscutum dull, granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.25–0.40 × length of mesoscutum (0.25 × in holotype). Mesoscutellum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose, dull; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels, reticulate rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2rrs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (5:12). Paramere ( Fig. 69F View FIGURE 69 ) with distal inner rounded process; in holotype, inner side of paramere with proximal mosaic sculpture; in specimen from South Africa, 29°19.1’S 30°15.5’E, mosaic sculpture of paramere absent. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
