Description. ♂ ( Fig. 55A View FIGURE 55 ). Fully winged; body length 1.4–2.2 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; an- tenna testaceous-brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs brown or testaceous, except coxae and clubs of femora partly brown. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 11:4.5:5:5:5:5:5.5:6:6:8. Head shiny, granulate, with vertex rugose and anterior half of frons sculptured by many transverse striae and keels (in specimen from Madagascar, 21°15.05’S 47°24.43’E, head granulate, with slight evanescent striae); frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 7; OL = 3.5; OOL = 4.5; OPL = 3; TL = 3. Mesoscutum dull, usually strongly granulate, occasionally slightly granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.25–0.40 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose, dull; propodeal declivity dull, reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. In specimens from Madagascar, 21°15.99’S 47°25.21’E, MA-02-09C- 36 and MA-02-09C-62, propodeal declivity with two longitudinal keels and median area rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (4:6.5). Pterostigma partly unpigmented. Paramere ( Fig. 54A View FIGURE 54 ) with large distal inner rounded process. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
