Description. ♀. Fully winged ( Figs 48E, F View FIGURE 48 ); body length 2.1–3.3 mm. Head black, except mandible brown; antenna brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs brown, except articulations, trochanters, procoxa and mesocoxa testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:6:7:6:5:6:6:6:6:8. Head slightly convex, dull, completely reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; frons without two lateral keels near orbits and directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 8; OL = 4; OOL = 6; OPL = 5; TL = 5; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli shorter than OPL (3:5). Pronotum anteriorly crossed by slight transverse impression, dull, with anterior surface transversely striate; posterior surface with anterior half transversely striate and posterior half slightly granulate, not striate; posterior surface shorter than mesoscutum (7:14); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum granulate, rugose and irregularly striate. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum shiny, unsculptured. Metanotum rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity dull, reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels, with areolae about as large as those of metapectal-propodeal disc. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (4:9). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 8:3:4:6:16. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 53F View FIGURE 53 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 53F View FIGURE 53 ) with basal part slightly shorter than distal part (7:9), with one row of 16 lamellae; apex bent and with 5 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Types: ♀ holotype: UGANDA: Western Region, Kibale National Park, Kanyawara Mak- erere University Biological Field Station , 0°33.996’S 30°21.262’E, 1495 m, 29–31.VII.2005, YPT, secondary midaltitude rainforest, S. van Noort leg., SAM-HYM-A023416 ( SAMC). Paratypes: same locality label as holotype, SAM-HYM-A023278 GoogleMaps , 1♀ ( SAMC); same locality label as holotype GoogleMaps , 1♀ ( MOLC) .
