Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 4.1 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior region of frons near clypeus and along inner margin of eyes testaceous; antenna testaceous; propleuron brown, except posterior half and part of lateral regions testaceous; pronotum brown, except anterior margin, lateral regions and posterior tubercle testaceous; rest of mesosoma black, except posterior third of mesoscutum, part of lateral regions of mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and part of metanotum ferruginous; metasoma brown-testaceous; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 20:7:10:9:7:7:8:8:7:10.5. Head dull, reticulate rugose; frontal line absent; frons with two lateral keels near orbits and directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 6; TL = 5; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OL. Pronotum shiny, strongly crossed by transverse keels, with posterior third smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures, with posterior surface shorter than mesoscutum (14:18); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures, with many large punctures situated near anterior margin. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.7 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, slightly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with two longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (4.5:19). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 10:3.5:6:17:30; protarsomere 4 much longer than basal part of 5 (17:8). Enlarged claw ( Fig. 50F View FIGURE 50 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 50F View FIGURE 50 ) with basal part shorter than apical part (8:22), with two rows of 22 (short) + 12 (long) lamellae; apex with five lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
