Description. ♀ ( Fig. 130B View FIGURE 130 ). Fully winged; body length 3.9 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and frontal region between antennal toruli testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma black, except lateral and posterior margins of pronotum testaceous; metasoma black; legs testaceous, except coxae, clubs of femora and protibia darkened. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 7:5.5:25:12:9:7:5.5:6:5:7.5; ADOs present on antennomeres 5–10. Head flat, dull, granulate; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 2; OL = 2; OOL = 7; OPL = 0.5; TL = 3. Pronotum shiny, smooth, humped, crossed by weak anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; anterior collar long; posterior collar very short; anterior collar of pronotum unsculptured; disc of pronotum slightly granulate; lateral regions of pronotum with few longitudinal striae; posterior transverse furrow of pronotum crossed by short longitudinal keels; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, granulate. Notauli incomplete, approximately reaching 0.65 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum shiny, slightly granulate. Metanotum rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel, approximately as long as propodeal declivity (20:20); propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with three dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (14:7). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 19:2.5:6.5:12:19. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 139D View FIGURE 139 ) with one large subdistal tooth and one row of eight lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 139D View FIGURE 139 ) with two rows of 6 + 15 lamellae (shortest row composed of very long lamellae); apex with at least 17 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
