Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 3.4–6.0 mm. Head black, except mandible and clypeus yellow (in small specimen (3.4 mm) from Kenya, 3.82080°S 38.64178°E, head black, except mandible, clypeus and malar space testaceous); antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 7–9 or 3–7 slightly darkened (in specimen from Uganda, 0°33.823’N 30°21.490’E, antenna brown, except scape, pedicel and flagellomere 8 testaceous); propleuron black; pronotum black, with anterior margin, lateral regions and posterior collar reddish; mesosoma and petiole black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous-reddish, some× with coxae darkened. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:5:15:8:6:5:4.5:4:4:6. Head shiny, granulate, occasionally with some longitudinal keels on frons (in specimen from Kenya, 1.22328°S 36.89674°E, frons granulated and partly rugose); occipital carina complete; POL = 3.5; OL = 3; OOL = 7; OPL = 2; TL = 7. In specimens from South Africa, 33°16.84’S 24°22.78’E, and Kenya, 0.97984°N 37.34599°E, lateral ocelli very close to occipital carina (almost touching it). Pronotum ( Fig. 128B View FIGURE 128 ) shiny, granulate, with longitudinal keels on lateral regions and on posterior transverse impression (in small specimens, above keels usually hardy visible or absent; in specimens from Namibia, 21°09.00’S 14°34.51’E, pronotum shiny and unsculptured, except longitudinal striae on lateral regions); pronotum crossed by slight anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow. Mesoscutum dull, as sculptured as head, with posterior half reticulate rugose (occasionally in small specimens, mesoscutum completely rugose; in small specimen (3.4 mm) from Kenya, 3.82080°S 38.64178°E, mesoscutum granulate, except some areolae near posterior margin). Notauli incomplete, approximately reaching 0.5–0.7 × length of mesoscutum. In small specimen (3.4 mm) from Kenya, 3.82080°S 38.64178°E, notauli reaching about 0.9 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum dull, granulate. Metanotum rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc ( Fig. 128G View FIGURE 128 ) reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with three distinct brown transverse bands (rarely transverse bands hardly visible); distal part of 2rrs&Rs vein usually less than 3 × as long as proximal part (rarely distal part 3 × as long as proximal part). Protarsomere 1 about as long as 4; protarsomere 3 produced into hook. In small specimen (3.4 mm) from Kenya, 3.82080°S 38.64178°E, protarsomere 1 about twice as long as 4 (14:7.5). Enlarged claw with one small ( Fig. 128C View FIGURE 128 ) or large ( Fig. 128D View FIGURE 128 ) subdistal tooth and one row of 6–11 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Figs 128C, D View FIGURE 128 ) with two rows of 19–24 lamellae; apex with approximately 16 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/1 (in holotype), or 1/1/2.

♂. Fully winged; body length 2.2–3.5 mm. Head black, except mandible yellow; antenna brown-yellow; meso- soma black; metasoma brown or testaceous; legs testaceous, except metacoxa partly brown. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 5:3:11:7:6:6:6:6:5:7. Head dull, granulate; occipital carina incomplete; temple absent; lateral ocelli almost touching occipital carina; POL = 7; OL = 2.5; OOL = 4; OPL = 1; TL = 3; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli longer than OPL (3:1). Mesoscutum dull, granulate, with slight keels near posterior margin. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.65–0.75 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum granulate. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (12:9). Genitalia in Fig. 128E View FIGURE 128 . Hypopygium in Fig. 128F View FIGURE 128 .
