Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 5.0– 5.3 mm. Head black, except mandible and clypeus testaceous; an- tenna totally testaceous in holotype, or with antennomeres 5–10 brown in other specimens; mesosoma black, except lateral margins and anterior collar of pronotum reddish; metasoma black; legs testaceous, except coxae and clubs of femora brown; occasionally also tibiae and meso- and metatarsomere 5 brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 9:5:24:10:9:7:6:6:5:7.5. Head dull, granulate, with numerous short transverse keels on anterior half or third of frons (occasionally frons granulate and with irregular keels or areolae); frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; lateral ocelli situated on virtual straight line joining posterior edges of eyes; lateral ocelli touching occipital carina; POL = 3.5; OL = 3; OOL = 9; OPL = 0; TL = 2; in holotype POL = OL. Pronotum dull, granulate, crossed by slight anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; anterior collar slight; posterior collar very short; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, granulate, with some strong punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching 0.3–0.7 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum dull, granulate. Metanotum rugose or unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with 2–3 dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (15:8); 2R1 cell open. Protarsomere 1 about as long as 4; protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Figs 132D, E View FIGURE 132 ) with one small subdistal tooth and one row of 6–8 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Figs 132D, E View FIGURE 132 ) with two rows of approximately 13–23 lamellae; apex with at least 12–27 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
