Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 3.5–4.1 mm. Head black, except clypeus and mandible testaceous; ventral side of head black; occiput black; antenna brown, except scape and pedicel testaceous; propleuron black; mesosoma black, except lateral regions of pronotum slightly testaceous; metasoma brown, except posterior third testaceous-brown; prolegs testaceous, except most part of coxae brown and clubs of femora darkened; mesolegs testaceous, except coxae partly black and tibiae and clubs of femora darkened; metalegs brown, except articulations, tarsi, part of trochanters and distal extremity of coxae testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 8:6:19:10:10:7:6.5:6:6:8.5. Head flat, dull, setose, granulate and sculptured by numerous longitudinal and irregular keels; frontal line complete; occipital carina incomplete, present on sides of occiput, laterally not reaching eyes, absent on temple; occiput dull, granulate; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 8; OPL = 0.5; TL = 1. Propleuron almost completely hidden under pronotum; pronotum dull, setose, granulate, slightly humped, crossed by anterior slight transverse furrow and posterior deep furrow; posterior collar of pronotum very short, almost absent, sculptured by few short longitudinal keels; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, setose, completely granulate and strongly or slightly reticulate rugose. Notauli absent. Mesoscutum with two incomplete longitudinal keels reaching almost posterior margin of mesoscutum and very similar to notauli. Mesoscutellum dull, granulate. Metanotum dull, granulate and reticulate rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc completely reticulate rugose, shorter than propodeal declivity (16:20); propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two longitudinal keels and median area dull, rugose. Mesopleuron dull, reticulate rugose. Metapleuron dull, granulate and transversely striate. Forewing with one dark transverse band around 2r-rs&Rs vein; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part (11:6). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 13:2.5:4.5:9:15. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 150D View FIGURE 150 ) without subdistal teeth, with two distal bristles, in addition to two proximal long and slender lamellae (most proximal lamella very long). Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 150D View FIGURE 150 ) with three rows of approximately 31 lamellae extending continuously to apex (one lamella very long). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
