Description. ♂ ( Figs 106B, C View FIGURE 106 ). Fully winged; body length 2.5 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; an- tenna brown, except scape, pedicel and ventral side of flagellomeres 1–3 testaceous; mesosoma amd metasoma black; legs brown, except articulations, tarsi and protibia testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 11:7:9:9:8:8:8:8:7:9; antennomere 6 more than twice as long as broad (8:3.5); antennomere 8 less than 3 × as long as broad (8:3). Head convex, dull, covered with short setae, completely strongly reticulate rugose; frontal line complete, slightly swollen between antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 7; OL = 3; OOL = 9; OPL = 4; TL = 6; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OL. Mesoscutum dull, completely strongly reticulate rugose. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum dull, with anterior half granulate and posterior half rugose. Metanotum rugose. Mesopleuron dull, strongly reticulate rugose. Metapleuron dull, sculptured by numerous strong transverse keels. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity dull, with two complete longitudinal keels, median area crossed by numerous transverse keels and lateral areas rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein shorter than proximal part (8:15); 2R1 cell open. Apex of basivolsella without subdistal inner pointed apophysis ( Fig. 109A View FIGURE 109 ).Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
