Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 5.5 mm. Head yellow-testaceous; antenna testaceous, except anten- nomeres 8–10 brown; mesosoma reddish-dark, except metapleuron, metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity black; mesopleuron black, with reddish spot on anterior half; tegula testaceous; metasoma black; proleg completely testaceous-reddish; meso- and metaleg black, except tarsi testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 14:7:27:12:8:8:8:8:8:11. Head shiny, strongly punctate mainly on frons), unsculptured among punctures; frontal line complete; frons without keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 14; OPL = 13; TL = 11; occipital carina complete. Pronotum shiny, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures, with strong anterior transverse impression; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.75 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Mesopleuron reticulate rugose. Metapleuron shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc without transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels, with central unsculptured area. Forewing hyaline, with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part, almost reaching margin of wing; pterostigma more than 4 × as long as broad (19:4). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 13:4:7:16:29; protarsomere 3 produced into hook; protarsomere 2 not produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 96F View FIGURE 96 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 96F View FIGURE 96 ) with three rows of approximately 45 lamellae (some of these very long); apex with approximately seven lamellae (among which one very long lamella). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
