Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 1.9–2.4 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testa- ceous-brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs brown, except articulations, tarsi and protibia testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:5:7:6:6:6:6:6:5.5:8. Head convex, dull, covered with short setae, completely reticulate rugose and granulate; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 5; TL = 5. Mesoscutum dull, completely granulate and sculptured by numerous irregular keels. Notauli not visible among numerous keels; in few paratypes mesoscutum with slight tracks of notauli. Me- soscutellum shiny, reticulate rugose, with anterior half unsculptured (in specimen from Namibia, 21°55’S 18°11’E, mesoscutellum almost completely smooth, unsculptured). Metanotum dull, reticulate rugose (in specimen from Namibia, 21°55’S 18°11’E, metanotum shiny, unsculptured). Mesopleuron dull, reticulate rugose. Metapleuron dull, sculptured by numerous strong transverse keels. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity dull, with or without two complete longitudinal keels (in holotype propodeal declivity with two incomplete and short longitudinal keels); propodeal declivity with median and lateral areas completely reticulate rugose (in holotype median area shiny, punctate and unsculptured among punctures). Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein shorter than proximal part (6:9); 2R1 cell open. Genitalia in Fig. 102D View FIGURE 102 . Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
