Description. ♀. Apterous; body length 2.0– 2.2 mm. Completely yellow-testaceous, except petiole black. Head al- most flat, shiny, unsculptured or slightly granulate; frontal line incomplete, absent near clypeus; occipital carina incomplete, only shortly present on sides of lateral ocelli; POL = 2; OL = 3; OOL = 11. Palpal formula 3/2. Pronotum shiny, granulate, not crossed by transverse impression or very slightly impressed. Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, unsculptured; propodeal declivity, meso- and metapleuron transversely striate. In specimen from Mozambique, Cu- amba, metapectal-propodeal disc dull and slightly granulate. Meso-metapleural suture obsolete or slightly visible on posterior half; in specimens from Cameroon, Djarengol, and Namibia, 38 km W Keetmanshoop, meso-metapleural suture distinct and complete. Protarsomere 1 as long as 4 (in holotype, or slightly shorter (7:8, in specimens from Cameroon, Djarengol). Enlarged claw ( Fig. 201C View FIGURE 201 ) with one small subapical tooth and few bristles or four peg-like setae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 201C View FIGURE 201 ) with inner proximal serrate region and one row of 16 lamellae or two rows of 1 (proximal) + 12–14 lamellae (extending beyond 0.5 × length of protarsomere); apex with approximately 9–11 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.
♂. Fully winged; body length 1.1–1.6 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs brown, except tarsi, protibia and articulations testaceous. Antenna filiform, with antennomere 3 less than 3 × as long as broad (3.5:1.7); antennomeres in following proportions: 2:3:3.5:3.5:3:3:3:3:3:4.5. Head dull, granulate; frontal line absent; occipital carina absent; POL = 4; OL = 2; OOL = 3; vertex with smooth ovoidal shiny area situated between eyes and lateral ocelli (area surrounded anteriorly by strong prominent process ( Fig. 200C View FIGURE 200 )). Temple without sharp carina. Palpal formula 3/2. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.3–0.6 × length of mesoscutum. Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, not reticulate rugose, with numerous irregular striae, unsculptured among striae. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands. Dorsal process of paramere ( Fig. 200B View FIGURE 200 ) long and with distal region broadened. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
