Description. ♀ ( Figs 160C, D View FIGURE 160 ). Fully winged; body length 3.4–3.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous and clypeus partly testaceous and brown; antenna testaceous; mesosoma black, except disc and lateral regions of pronotum, including pronotal tubercle, testaceous; petiole black; mesosoma brown; legs testaceous-whitish, except clubs of femora brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 14:7:26:29:35:34:25:14:11:13. Head dull, granulate and reticulate rugose; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind ocellar triangle and on sides of lateral ocelli, laterally not reaching eyes; POL = 8; OL = 3; OOL = 12; OPL = 2; temple absent; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OL. In specimen from Kenya, 4.32664°S 39.52462°E, POL = 6; OOL = 10. Pronotum dull, crossed by one transverse furrow, granulate and transversely striate; posterior tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, completely granulate and slightly reticulate rugose (in specimen from Kenya, 4.32664°S 39.52462°E, mesoscutum strongly reticulate rugose and granulate). Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli slightly longer than POL (9:8). Mesoscutellum shiny, slightly reticulate rugose. Metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose. Propodeal declivity reticulate rugose. Forewing with one dark transverse band around 2r-rs&Rs vein; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (32:15). Hind wing hyaline, without brown transverse bands Protarsomeres in following proportions: 23:3:7:24:37. Protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 161C View FIGURE 161 ) with two subapical teeth and one row of 27 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 161C View FIGURE 161 ) with two rows of approximately 38 lamellae; apex with approximately six lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
