Description. ♂ ( Figs 266 View FIGURE 266 A-C). Fully winged; length 0.8–1.1 mm. Head brown, except mandible and clypeus testa- ceous; antenna testaceous-darkened, except scape and pedicel yellow-testaceous; mesosoma brown; metasoma and legs yellow-testaceous; petiole black. Antenna filiform, very slender and long, shorter than body ( Figs 266 View FIGURE 266 A-C); antennomeres in following proportions: 6:3:3:3:3:3.5:3:3.5:4:5. Head convex, shiny, unsculptured; occiput very concave, unsculptured; frontal line absent; occipital carina complete; POL = 2; OL = 1; OOL = 3; minimum distance from eye to occipital carina about as long as POL; TL = 3; posterior ocelli touching occipital carina; temple very long, shorter than eye (3:4); mandible with one tooth. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, completely unsculptured. Notauli absent. Epicnemium exposed. Metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity dull, reticulate rugose. Mesopleuron and metapleuron shiny, unsculptured. Forewing without pterostigma, with costal cell absent, with costal vein very thick; 2r-rs&Rs vein present and not reaching margin of forewing; other veins of forewing absent, veins M and Cu being marked by dark stripes. Hind wing with costal vein present and with two dark longitudinal median stripes. Basivolsella ( Fig. 264D View FIGURE 264 ) with distal process parallel to distivolsella. Palpi absent. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
