Diagnosis, male. Head light yellow with one dark spot on each side of dorsolateral part of occiput ( Fig. 2PView FIGURE 2). Antennae yellow with tip dark ( Fig. 2PView FIGURE 2). Pronotum light yellow with four dark spots, an anterior and a posterior pair ( Fig. 2PView FIGURE 2). Legs uniformly yellow ( Fig. 2PView FIGURE 2). Gonostyli IX distinctly narrowed and projected in form of sharp apical tooth ( Fig. 2View FIGURE 2 Q–R).

Female. Morphologically similar to the male, except for the genital characters.

Distribution. Argentina, Brazil: Amazonas, Pará, Tocantins; French Guiana, Guyana, Mexico?, Panama, Peru, Venezuela ( Heckman 2017, Rafael & Câmara 2020).
