Type locality. Río Mapiri , department of La Paz, Bolivia .

Distribution. Known from Bolivia, Brazil, and Peru, mostly in western Amazonia ( Plt. 162A View Plate 162 ). In Brazil, restricted to Amazonia ( Plt. 162A View Plate 162 ), mostly at low elevations ( Plt. 162B View Plate 162 ). Observed in the field in primary and secondary forest ( Passos et al., 2019).
