Head 0.55–0.6 × as long as wide. Area combined clypeus with face 0.95–1.0 as long as wide, slightly convex in lateral view. Gena broadly rounded in dorsal view ( Fig. 15 View FIGS 15–22 ). Length of malar space 0.5 × as long as basal mandibular width. Occipital carina complete ( Fig. 15 View FIGS 15–22 ), its lower end joined with hypostomal carina distad of mandibular base. Lower margin of mandible with a narrow lamella. POL 1.0 × as long as OD. OOL 0.7 × as long as OD. Antenna with 29–30 flagellomeres. Length of first flagellomere 4.0 × as long as maximum depth. Ratio of length from first to third flagellomeres: 1.0: 0.75: 0.7.

Mesosoma. Lateral part of pronotum covered with longitudinal striae on ventral 0.5. Epomia weak and short. Notauli absent. Epicnemial carina complete, its dorsal end joined with anterior margin of mesopleuron ( Fig. 27 View FIGS 23–29 ). Mesopleuron without smooth area, speculum covered with reticulate coriaceous. Propodeum with a longitudinal weal concavity, its carinae as in Figs 17 View FIGS 15–22 , 29 View FIGS 23–29 . Lateral longitudinal carina obscured or absent. Lateromedian longitudinal carina partly absent. Area postero with some weak transverse rugae posteriorly. Fore wing length 4.8–4.9 mm. Areolet present, not sessile. Hind wing with unpigmented discoidella apically, it clearly recognizable by light reflection. Hind femur 5.4 × as long as maximum depth in lateral view. Hind tibia covered with minute (normal) setae, its dorsal surface with some short bristles ( Fig. 18 View FIGS 15–22 ). Longest spur of hind tibia about 0.9 × as long as hind first tarsomere ( Fig. 18 View FIGS 15–22 ). Hind first to fourth tarsomeres with a continuous, straight, median ventral row if very closely spaced small setae ( Figs 18–20 View FIGS 15–22 ). Ratio of length from hind first to fifth tarsomeres: 1.8–1.9: 1.0: 0.75: 0.5: 0.5.

Metasoma. T I 2.8 × as long as maximum width, with a conspicuous, rather shallow glymma. Laterotergite of T II and T III completely separated from the tergite by a crease. Ovipositor weakly upcurved, its sheath 0.65–0.7 × as long as hind tibia.

Coloration ( Figs 23–29 View FIGS 23–29 ). Body (excluding wings and legs) yellow to yellowish brown, except for: apex of mandible, vertex around ocelli, occiput behind oceller area, antenna except for ventral surface of basal part, three longitudinal stripes of mesoscutum, scuto-scuteller groove, small ventral spot of anterior part of mesopleuron, a pair of basal spot of propodeum and broad band of T I to T VII black to blackish brown and base of T I whitish yellow. Subalar prominence more or less tinged with blackish brown. Wings hyaline. Veins and pterostigma dark yellowish brown to brown. Legs yellow to yellowish brown, except for: basal part of hind coxa, hind trochanter and base and apical part of hind tibia black to blackish brown. Hind femur sometimes tinged with reddish yellow.
