( Figs 6 View FIGURES 1–8 , 14 View FIGURES 13–16 )

Type material. CHINA, Sichuan: Holotype ♁, Fengtongzhai (30.57°N 102.88°E), Baoxing, 1723 m, 27.VII.2021, leg. S Yu et al., slide No. XZX20490. GoogleMaps

Diagnosis. The new species is similar to I. weishana Wang & Li, 2002 in male genitalia. It can be distinguished by the costa exceeding the tip of the costal margin of the valva, the sacculus with the ventroapical process hooked dorsad, and the large round juxta. In I. weishana , the costa does not exceed the tip of the costal margin of the valva, the ventral process of the sacculus extends straightly outward, and the juxta is subovoid ( Wang & Li 2002, p. 160, fig. 10).

Description. Adult ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 1–8 ). Wingspan 17.0 mm.

Head. Frons yellow, vertex yellow mixed with yellowish brown. Labial palpus in male yellow; on outer surface, first palpomere black, second one black except apex yellow; second palpomere ringed with black near apex. Antenna yellow on ventral surface; on dorsal surface, scape black, flagellum black basally, yellow ringed with black distally.

Thorax. Mesonotum and tegula dark brown. Forewing dark brown, with black scales; discal and discocellular stigmata black; fringe concolorous to forewing. Hindwing and fringe gray brown. Legs yellow, with exceptions on ventral surface: femur of foreleg black, tibia black ringed yellow at middle, tarsus black at base of each tarsomere, tibia of midleg black in basal half, ringed with yellow at basal 1/4, tarsus black at middle of first, second and third tarsomeres; on outer surface: tibia of hindleg with black scales, tarsus black at base of each tarsomere.

Male genitalia ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 13–16 ). Uncus subtriangular. Gnathos broad tongue-shaped, membranous, weakly sclerotized along margin. Tegumen trapezoidal posteriorly, with a large anterior emargination; lateral arm uniformly wide, as long as median width of tegumen. Valva wide at base, narrowed to basal 2/5, then widened to basal 2/3, again slightly narrowed to obtusely rounded apex; ventral margin arched distally; costa widely banded, exceeding dorsoapex of valva; dorso-proximal process bent inward in broad U shape, with dense spines in distal 1/3. Sacculus about 3/5 length of valva, subquadrate, with two apical lobes: dorsal lobe larger and longer, sparsely setose, bent downward apically; ventral lobe shorter, hooked dorsad, apex pointed. Saccus triangular. Juxta rounded, deeply and narrowly incised from middle of posterior margin. Aedeagus with basal 1/3 clubbed, distal 2/3 wide, rectangular, apex obliquely truncate.

Female unknown.

Distribution. China (Sichuan).

Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin rotundus, referring to the rounded juxta of the male genitalia.
