Elimaea (Poaefoliana) rosea Brunner von Wattenwyl, 1878 View in CoL
( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 )
Elimaea rosea Brunner von Wattenwyl, 1878: 92 View in CoL , 112— Karny, 1926a: 71 (report in Perak); Ingrisch, 2011: 4 View Cited Treatment (record in Perak probably doubtful)
Material examined. EAST MALAYSIA: Sabah State • 1♀; Mount Trus Madi, Trusmadi Entomology Camp ; N5.44174, E116.45074, 1189.0± 5.2 m.a.s.l.; 31 October 2023, 19h58–20h23; attracted to light trap at ridge; coll. M.K. Tan, J.L. Yukang & A.Y.C. Chung; SBH.23.18 ( FRC) GoogleMaps
Remarks. Despite having only a single female specimen, we could recognise the subgenus by the very narrow parallel-sided tegmen ( Ingrisch, 2011). The subgenital plate of our female specimen also resembles the description and images presented in Ingrisch (2011).
Distribution. Borneo (including Mount Kinabalu and Sandakan in Sabah [ Ingrisch, 2011]), Malay Peninsula (?)
Type locality. Borneo
