Additional description. Forewing length: male 2.9–3.3 mm (mean = 3.1, n= 18), female 3.3–3.9 mm (mean = 3.6, n= 9). Colour stramineous; in most specimens (including holotype) margins of facial carinae orange-brown and mesonotum light brown. Most forewing veins dark brown, accompanied by narrow bands of infuscation. Subantennal processes connected to margins of facial carinae. Male genital styles broad and rounded; proximal dorsal process broad and pointed, directed caudad; distal dorsal process elongated, slightly widening near apex; in most specimens (including holotype), a small hump between both processes. Aedeagus similar to that of Levu samoensis Muir.

Distribution. Ponape Islands.

Diagnosis. Levu paganus shows similarities to L. samoensis Muir from Samoa, L. lactineus (Fennah) from Palau, L. rufulus Muir from Samoa and Guam, L. pallescens (Metcalf) from Guam and Yap and L. haedulus (Fennah) from Truk. It can be recognized by the dark forewing veins which are accompanied by very narrow bands of infuscation, as well as by the small hump between the dorsal processes of the male genital styles.
