Diagnosis. The species of the Saccharodite bakeri species group can be recognized by the combination of the following characters:
1. In profile head produced in front of antennae, at junction of vertex and face evenly rounded or only slightly angulated.
2. Forewings with Ms2 curved after its first third.
3. Forewings with greatest width of basal median cell more than twice of greatest width of basal cell between M and Sc+R.
4. Male genital style with proximal dorsal processes short but not broad.
Distribution. Species of this group are found in Borneo and the southern Philippines.
