Type material. Holotype ♂ (forewing 3.8 mm), VIETNAM; labels: 1) VIET NAM/ Blao (Balao) 600m / 14– 21.X.1960 2) C.M. Yoshimoto / Collector ( BPBM).
Distribution. Vietnam.
Diagnosis. Saccharodite vietnamensis sp. nov. show similarities Sa. timida sp. nov., Sa. aurora sp. nov., Sa. propinqua sp. nov., as well as Sa. perlucida sp. nov., all from Borneo.
