Material examined. Houbara Protected Area 1– 28.02.2017, 15.03.2017, Malaise trap, 6 males, leg. A. Saji & A. van Harten ; Jebel Hafeet National Park , 20.03.2017, Malaise trap, 1 male, leg. A. Saji & A. van Harten.
Diagnosis. Males have a pair of slightly convergent apical aedeagal processes, which are membranous on their lateral parts, and a slender curved posterior process on the right paramere, that is distinctly bent distally. The gonostylus is evenly arched, with a short, ventral, finger-like projection on the basal portion ( Figs. 1C, D View FIG ). Females unknown.
Distribution. Lebanon, UAE, February–March, May. This is the first record from the UAE.
