DISTRIBUTION. — Marquesas Is., Tuamotu Archipelago, Society Is., Hawaiian Is., Samoa, Banc Tuscarora, Wallis Is., New Zealand, Guam, 27-805 m ( Galil 2003a), new record for the Solomons.
