Diagnosis

This new species differs from other known species of the genus by the characteristic wing markings and banded abdomen. It is similar to H. aquila sp. n. in having a banded abdomen, but the wings have two distinct pigmented areas, one around the crossveins rm and mcu and one distally on r4+5 ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 10 – 13 ), whereas the wings of H. aquila sp. n. have pigmented areas around the humeral vein and on m3+4 ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1 – 4 ). In addition, H. fengkainica has a narrow brown ring at the apex of all femora.
