Diagnosis. Female. Body length 8.0 mm. This species can be distinguished from othersimilar species of the P.flavipes group by the following characters: mesopleuron black, anterior part sometimes with a white spot; lateral part and apex of median mesoscutal lobe each with a white spot; terga black, without distinct white spot; hind legs reddish-brown, apex of femur and tibia black, coxa sometimes with black, without white; punctures on dorsal part of head and mesepisternum large, deep and distinct; median fovea pit-like, not extending to median ocellus.

Male. Unknown.

Variation. Body length of female 6.5–8.0 mm.

Distribution. China (Sichuan, Tibet, Yunnan), Burma, India.
