24. Recognize Geospizopsis Bonaparte, 1856

(type = Passerculus geospizopsis Bonaparte, 1853 , currently considered a subspecies of Phrygilus unicolor ), for Phrygilus unicolor (d’Orbigny & Lafresnaye, 1837) and P. plebejus Tschudi, 1844 ( Fig. 4 ), which become Geospizopsis unicolor and G. plebejus .
