Distribution. Great Britain, South and Central Europe, European Russia, Ukraine, North Africa, Asian Turkey, Iran, Armenia ( Knížek 2011b; Alonso-Zarazaga et al. 2017, 2023; Amini et al. 2020); from Armenia reported by Mirzoian (1954) from Dilijan, and Ijevan (Tavush Province) and Lichk (Syunik Province) and by Iablokoff-Khnzorian (1957) from Ijevan.
Hosts. Quercus , Carpinus , Fagus orientalis , Tilia .
