Material. Yerevan, in imported spruce log, 10.08.1939, M. Ter-Grigorian leg. (10 ex.) .
Distribution. Europe from Spain, Portugal, France to Scandinavian and Baltic countries, Belarus, Moldavia, Ukraine, European Russia, “Caucasus”, Algeria, Asian Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Siberia, Russian Far East, China, Korea, Japan, Oriental Region; introduced to Afrotropical Region ( Knížek 2011b; Alonso-Zarazaga et al. 2017, 2023); reported by Stark (1952) from Caucasus and by Arnoldi et al. (1955) and by Nikitsky & Izhevsky (2005) also from Transcaucasia without country data. Armenia: reported by Zaitzev (1950) and Iablokoff-Khnzorian (1961, 1976) without distribution data, and by Mirzoian (1951) from Dilijan (Tavush province) and later ( Mirzoian 1977) from North Armenia.
