Distribution. South Europe, Ukraine, South European Russia, Canary Islands, North Africa, Cyprus, Georgia, Israel, Syria, Jordan, Asian Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, Oriental Region ( Knížek 2011b; Alonso-Zarazaga et al. 2017, 2023); reported by Stark (1952) and Arnoldi & al. (1952) from Caucasus without country data. Armenia: reported by Makarian & Avetian (1931) from Arax River Valley, according to Iablokoff-Khnzorian (1976) and Mirzoian (1977) this record needs confirmation.
Hosts. In Armenia host is unknown; reported from Amygdalus , Prunus , Mespilus ( Stark 1952) .
