Number of specimens recorded. 13.

Distribution. Europe; also North Africa. Portugal: three provinces, all over the country.

Ecology. Recorded in Portugal from a brackish marshland, a dry deciduous forest and orchards. In northwestern Europe, S. versutus seems to prefer open marshlands, primarily in the coastal region and often on sandy soils ( Pollet 2000).

Rarity (%). 4.6 (rare). Fairly rare (FL).

Activity period. April, June, November.
