Number of specimens recorded. 45.

Distribution. Central and southern Europe. Portugal: five provinces all over the country.

Ecology. No clear habitat preference could be deduced from the Portuguese data, although it seems to be collected mostly along streams or other open water bodies. Recorded in southern France from open muddy sites along rivers and brooks (Pollet unpubl. data).

Rarity (%). 9.2 (fairly rare).

Activity period. March–May and again in August and October.
