Number of specimens recorded. 183.

Distribution. Europe; also North Africa. Portugal: nine provinces.

Ecology. Collected in Portugal from sea level to above 1,500 m, primarily in open humid habitats. Seems to avoid dunes. Eurytopic species in northwestern Europe with wide ecological amplitude, most abundant in sites with a muddy soil.

Rarity (%). 26.4 (common). Extremely common (FL).

Activity period. February–November.
